This 500,000 SF, $250-million mixed-use development on fashionable Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia was designed by world-renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects. 10 Rittenhouse Square represents ARCWheeler's "10" brand, which denotes residential mixed-use developments located on either significant parks, or on major waterfronts which appeal to discerning luxury-class buyers. This 33-story, terraced residence is the first luxury-class condominium development to be built on Rittenhouse Square in 25 years.
