This 8-acre site in the heart of Lansdale, Pennsylvania will feature the second of ARCWheeler's TOD communities brand.  With great emphasis being placed on encouraging housing near train stations by municipalities (to lessen traffic congestion), this proposed community will offer affordable luxury living to families and young professionals in the area.

Concept design is scheduled to be complete by January 1, 2009.
