A $150-million project that will include an historic renovation of the Boyd Theatre, an art deco theater built in Philadelphia in 1928. Live Nation Inc., a partner in the project, will assist with the theater programming, which will include films, comedy and lecture circuit events. Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group Inc., a San Francisco operator of boutique hotels, will lend its Monaco brand to a newly constructed 287-room hotel.
