Mr. Mooney joined Wheeler Brothers in 2000. Prior to his joining the firm, he was a financial management expert for the federal government and worked on some of the larger congressionally mandated projects in Washington. Mr. Mooney’s primary responsibilities will be to act as the chief financial officer for the firm. Mr. Mooney has a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from George Washington University.
